3. Booking & Confirmation
An event booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the agreed advance payment and written confirmation from our team.
Booking dates are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Until confirmation is received, availability cannot be guaranteed.
4. Payments
Clients agree to pay all applicable charges according to the quotation or agreement shared by Ashiyaa Events.
- Advance payments may be required.
- Remaining payments must be completed before the event.
- Additional services requested later may incur extra charges.
- Late payments may delay or affect service delivery.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth planning and successful event execution, clients are expected to:
Share complete and accurate event details, guest counts, venue information and requirements.
Respond promptly to approvals, discussions and planning requirements to avoid delays.
Obtain any permissions, licenses or venue approvals required for the event whenever applicable.
Complete payments according to the agreed schedule to ensure uninterrupted services.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans may change. Any request for cancellation must be submitted in writing through email or other officially accepted communication channels.
- Advance payments made for bookings may be non-refundable depending on the services already reserved or executed.
- Payments already made to third-party vendors are subject to their individual cancellation and refund policies.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time after verification.
- Any cancellation charges will be communicated at the time of cancellation.
7. Event Changes
Clients may request changes to the event schedule, services or guest count. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate such requests.
However, additional charges may apply depending on vendor availability, timeline, logistics and the nature of the requested modifications.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all website content, designs, branding, graphics, text, logos and other materials created by Ashiyaa Events remain our intellectual property.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use any copyrighted materials without prior written permission.
